Job Description

Hiring for Business Development Executive (BDE)

Locations: Madhubuti, Hisar, Rohtak, Bengaluru, Shivamogga, Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur, Malappuram, Chhindwara, Indore, Sagar, Sambalpur, Jeypore, Khammam, North Tripura, and Allahabad.

Department/Unit: B2R

Salary: Up to 25,000 NTH + 25,000 Variable (Performance-Based)

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) for a field sales role. The position involves engaging with retailers, distributors, and vendors to sell refurbished mobile phones. The ideal candidate must be target-driven, well-versed with local markets, and capable of building strong buyer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct 10-15 daily market visits.
Pitch refurbished mobile phones and their features to retailers.
Onboard 30+ new buyers per month.
Meet and engage with 144+ new buyers monthly to expand the buyer network.
Communicate product features and benefits, highlighting promotional schemes.
Conduct industry surveys to monitor trends, competitor pricing, and product demand.
Adapt and stretch as per business requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1+ years of experience in a BDE role.
Preferred industries: Telecom, Fintech, Mobile Phones, FMCG.
Strong communication skills: English (basic) and fluency in regional language (mandatory).
Understanding of the smartphone and refurb industry.
Quick learner with strong adaptability and relationship-building skills.
Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license and a smartphone (Android/iOS).
Open to intercity travel (within 50-60 km of assigned territory) and relocation if required.
Maximum age: 32 years.
