Companio, a growing wellness devices brand, is hiring Field Sales Executives to expand its on-ground sales presence across Chandigarh, Hyderabad, and Mumbai.

The role involves field sales, channel development, demos, and activations across wellness, healthcare, fitness, and retail segments.

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate sales through field visits, direct selling, and demos

Identify and onboard retailers, gyms, physiotherapy clinics, wellness centers, hospitals, and corporate clients

Conduct product demonstrations and trials at events, malls, exhibitions, and corporate offices

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners

Track sales performance and maintain daily visit reports

Gather market intelligence and competitor data

Coordinate with marketing team for local promotions and activations

Candidate Profile

23 years of experience in field sales

Experience in medical devices, pharma, wellness, fitness, healthcare, or FMCG sales preferred

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Comfortable with field work and local travel

Target-oriented with a proactive approach
