Required Field Sales Staff for Areawise sales for Action Shoes Distributors located across India.

Key Responsibilities
1. Market Development Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and bulk buyers in the assigned region.
Conduct regular market visits to understand trade dynamics, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
2. Sales & Order Management
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collect and process orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on payments. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for order dispatch and stock availability.
3. Relationship & Feedback Management
Maintain strong relationships with key trade partners.
Collect regular feedback from the market regarding product performance, design trends, and pricing. Share structured market reports with the Regional Head weekly.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 2–10 years in B2B or channel sales (preferably in footwear, apparel, or FMCG). Skills:
Experienced candidates only. Minimum 2-10 Years Experience.
Job Locations: Delhi, UP, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & region) Incentives: Performance-based incentives and quarterly bonuses Allowances: Travel and mobile reimbursement
