Location:

Travel Allowance
Incentives:
Up to 30,000 – 40,000 per month (performance-based)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and convert prospective leads into paying customers through a consultative sales approach.
Deliver engaging and informative product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate and close deals using a solution-selling strategy to address client pain points.
Maintain an up-to-date sales funnel and daily activity logs using CRM tools.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine sales pitches and provide market feedback.
Represent the company at local market events, partnership activations, and customer engagements.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of sales experience;
field sales experience is preferred
.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Familiarity with
CRM tools
and sales reporting systems.
Bachelors degree in
Business, Marketing, or a related field
.
Prior experience in
B2B or SMB SaaS sales
is a strong advantage.
Must own a
personal laptop
and a
two-wheeler
for local travel.
Comfortable with extensive
on-field sales
and frequent travel within city limits.
