Key Responsibilities

Merchant acquisition:
Visit shops daily, pitch Paytm solutions, and close sign-ups.
Onboarding & KYC:
Collect documents, fill forms accurately, and ensure quick activation.
Deployment & training:
Set up QR/Soundbox or other devices; train merchants on the Paytm Business App.
Activation & usage:
Drive the first transactions and encourage steady usage.
Targets & reporting:
Achieve daily/weekly acquisition and activation goals; update progress in the app/CRM.
Relationship management:
Handle merchant queries, escalate issues, and ensure a positive experience.
Market intelligence:
Share feedback on competitors, pricing, and local opportunities.
