Job Title: Field Sales Executive Location: Tamil Nadu (Field Work) Experience: 3–5 years (Preferred in Agro Industry) Qualification: Any Degree Gender Preference: Male Age Limit: 18–35 years Work Mode: Field Work Employment Type: Full-Time Language Proficiency: Tamil (mandatory), Fluent English. Key Responsibilities Execute field marketing campaigns to promote company products and increase market presence. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends. Engage with farmers, dealers, and distributors to generate leads and build strong customer relationships. Assist in brand promotion by participating in events, demonstrations, and field activities. Provide sales support to achieve assigned targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Report field activities, sales progress, and market feedback to the management team. Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication & interpersonal skills to interact effectively with farmers and dealers. Strong presentation and public speaking abilities for product demos and field events. Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Familiar with Android phone usage and internet applications for reporting and communication. RequirementsMust own a smartphone with internet access. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Candidates with prior Agro industry experience will be given preference.
