Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Business Development:

  • Proactively identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and

market research.

  • Develop a strong pipeline of potential customers and convert leads into sales

opportunities.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry

trends.

2. Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Present, promote, and sell industrial automation products, including coding

and marking machines (CIJ, TTO, TIJ, Laser Printers), sensors, encoders, and

conveyors.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms while ensuring profitability.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers as needed.

3. Quotation & Documentation Management:

  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and relevant documentation to

customers.

  • Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and contracts.

4. Order Processing & Payment Follow-up:

  • Follow up with customers regarding purchase orders and ensure timely

processing.

  • Track payments and ensure on-time recovery as per agreed terms.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide post-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution.

6. Reporting & Coordination:

  • Prepare and submit sales reports, including:

a) Sales Plan

b) Sales Pipeline

c) Orders and Follow-ups

d) Payments and Follow-ups

  • Regularly communicate sales performance and market insights to

management.

7. Team Collaboration & Target Achievement:

  • Work closely with team members to achieve collective sales targets.
  • Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to business growth

initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
  • Experience: 1 to 4 years in industrial field sales, preferably in industrial automation

products. Freshers are also welcome to apply.

  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
