Field Sales Engineer

You will be working as a Sales Engineer in a full-time capacity at a location in Vapi/Surat. Your primary responsibilities will include business development, lead generation, acquiring new customers, and expanding market presence by offering engineered solutions. You will analyze customer inquiries, prepare and share offers, conduct presentations, attend meetings, submit proposals, and ensure customer engagement to achieve business targets. Additionally, you will provide technical support, manage customer interactions, coordinate with manufacturers, and process customer purchase orders. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering with 2-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or engineering sectors. You should possess a strong understanding of industrial product sales, project management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Being goal-oriented, self-motivated, a strong leader with team management skills, strategic thinker, and comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic environment are essential personal traits for this role.
