Job Title: Field Sales and Delivery Executive (Rider) Department: Sales, Delivery Executive Location: Field-based Reporting To: Sales Manager Job Summary The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting customers in the field, promoting products/services, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves regular travel, customer relationship management, and market development. Key Responsibilities. Identify and visit potential customers in assigned territories Promote and sell company products/services through direct field visits Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Conduct product demonstrations and presentations Collect market intelligence on competitors and customer trends Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Prepare daily/weekly sales reports Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups effectively Requirements & Qualifications Proven experience in field sales or direct sales (0–5 years) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler license (if required) Skills & Competencies Sales and persuasion skills Customer-focused approach Time management and planning Problem-solving ability Self-motivated and result-oriented Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Sales target achievement Number of customer visits per day New customer acquisition Revenue growth in assigned territory Customer retention and satisfaction Compensation & Benefits Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Career growth opportunities.
