Experience: 2 – 4 years in Sales management, preferably in software industry.

Compensation: 3 to ₹5 LPA (Based on skills & experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time (only Male candidates)

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 - 4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the software industry

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

• Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset

• Knowledge of the restaurant and hotel industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the designated territory

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Present and demonstrate software solutions to clients, both in-person and remotely

• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide feedback to the product development team.
