In this role, you will be responsible for: - Meeting retail consumers, customers like electricians, engineers, contractors, and architects in the field and walk-in customers at the store. - Explaining product features, advantages, and benefits with demonstrations where necessary to promote product sales. - Creating demand for the product at the consumer level and guiding consumers and influencers such as electricians, contractors, and architects to the AP Home store. - Ensuring completion of the sales process by handling billing for end consumers. - Addressing consumer complaints related to product use and recommending appropriate solutions. - Gathering information on sales opportunities, including construction activities. - Spending 70% of your time in the field catering to customers, APH Store walk-ins, architects, and contractors, and 30% of your time in the store attending to customers. - Following a proper consultation process and focusing on credibility building with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels and achieve NPS ratings.
