Job Description

As a Sales Executive, your role involves meeting retail consumers, including electricians, engineers, contractors, and architects in the field, as well as walk-in customers at the store. You will be responsible for explaining product features, advantages, and benefits, and demonstrating them when necessary to facilitate product sales. Your primary objective will be to create demand for the product at the consumer level and guide consumers and influencers like electricians, contractors, and architects to the AP Home store. Key Responsibilities: - Meet retail consumers, such as electricians, engineers, contractors, and architects in the field, as well as walk-in customers at the store. - Explain product features, advantages, and benefits, and provide demonstrations when necessary to facilitate product sales. - Generate demand for the product at the consumer level and direct consumers and influencers to the AP Home store. - Ensure the completion of the sales process by handling billing for end consumers. - Address consumer complaints related to product usage and recommend appropriate solutions. - Gather information on sales opportunities, such as construction activities. - Spend 70% of your time in the field catering to customers, APH Store walk-ins, architects, and contractors, and allocate 30% of your time in the store attending to customers. - Follow up on the proper consultation process. - Build credibility with customers, provide high-quality service to ensure their satisfaction, and work towards achieving a high NPS rating. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of product features and the ability to demonstrate them effectively. - Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. - Good problem-solving skills and the ability to address consumer complaints effectively. - Time management skills to balance field visits and store responsibilities effectively. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively promoting products, addressing consumer needs, and maintaining positive relationships with consumers and influencers.,
