Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Marketing / Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth through effective field marketing and sales strategies. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and skilled in market analysis and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Client Engagement:
  • Generate new business opportunities through client visits and field marketing activities.
  • Arrange and conduct a minimum of 5 fixed meetings with business owners per month.
  • Collect and maintain contact details (visiting cards) of all prospects and clients met during field visits.
  • Market & Product Analysis:
  • Conduct detailed analysis of company products, promotional material, and customer responses.
  • Track and analyze competitor strategies to identify market opportunities and threats.
  • Reporting & Data Management:
  • Maintain daily data sheets and prepare analysis reports of marketing and sales activities.
  • Provide timely updates on client interactions, meetings, and progress.
  • Daily Coordination & Planning:
  • Participate in daily morning meetings with the owner/management for work planning.
  • Share outcomes, follow-ups, and strategy updates during evening review meetings.
  • Execution of Assigned Duties:
  • Carry out all tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure targets and deadlines are consistently met through disciplined fieldwork and strategic planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in field marketing, field sales, or business development.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and competitor trends.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
