Description Field Sales And Marketing Executive – Sports Wear & Equipment (Bulk Orders) The Field Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and executing marketing initiatives to increase bulk orders for sports wear and equipment. The role focuses on engaging directly with institutional buyers, retailers, event organizers, and other bulk purchasers. Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and secure new bulk clients, including schools, colleges, sports teams, gyms, retailers, and distributors. Conduct field visits, sales presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the range of sportswear and equipment. Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals for bulk orders. Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns to increase brand presence and product awareness. Analyze market trends and competitor activities; provide regular feedback for strategic planning. Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and outreach events to promote the company’s products. Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM data, and forecast sales targets. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field. OR Proven field sales experience, preferably in the sports industry or B2B segment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and prospects. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software.
