Store Sales Executive & Helper

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-friendly Store Sales Executive cum Helper to join our sports store team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, driving sales, handling billing support when needed, and keeping the store well-arranged and organized. Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable sports products. Develop strong product knowledge to explain features, benefits, and usage of items to customers. Meet and support sales targets by engaging customers and offering excellent service. Ensure products are well displayed, neatly arranged, and replenished on shelves. Assist in stock handling, unloading, labeling, and maintaining inventory in proper order. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the store at all times. Support store promotions, discounts, and other marketing activities. Requirements - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service (sports store experience preferred, but not mandatory).
