Graphic and Web Designer

Description: Graphic Designer (In-House) – Sports Trading CompanyPosition Overview - We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house team at ARROWFIT SPORTS. The candidate will be responsible for designing branding materials, product catalogues, internal branding artwork, and engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns. The role requires innovative thinking, a strong eye for design, and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced retail and sports environment. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and create branding materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, posters, standees, and catalogues. Develop social media creatives (Instagram/Facebook posts, stories, reels thumbnails, advertisements). Work on product informative/marketing creative designs including product highlight sheets, promotional graphics, and retail signage. Create internal branding designs for in-store displays, wall graphics, danglers, and product zone layouts. Maintain visual consistency across all designs in line with brand guidelines. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to design creatives for campaigns, events, and promotions. Edit and generate short marketing videos/reels when required. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with timely delivery. Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools relevant to retail and sports industry marketing. RequirementsProven experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in retail, sports, or e-commerce sector). Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, InDesign (video editing knowledge is an added advantage – Premiere Pro/After Effects). Strong portfolio of social media and marketing creatives. Ability to think creatively and deliver engaging content tailored for digital and print. Attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills. Minimum educational qualification: Graduate/diploma in design-related field.
