Job Description

A Field Sales Executive in the hospitality industry seeks out new clients and builds lasting relationships by presenting hotels' facilities and services, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying corporate clients, planning tailored packages, conducting property site inspections, attending networking events, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue for the hotel. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in local and national markets to secure corporate clients, groups, and event bookings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term revenue and satisfaction.
  • Sales and Presentations: Conduct hotel site inspections, deliver compelling presentations, and create customized proposals showcasing the hotel's offerings, services, and packages.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring they align with the hotel's guidelines and revenue goals.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest reviews to identify opportunities and threats, and to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Event Participation: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and build visibility, as well as represent the hotel at community events.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to ensure promotional campaigns are consistent and collaborate with hotel operations to ensure seamless execution of bookings and events.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead conversion, performance, and market insights to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the hospitality sector.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • A self-motivated and result-oriented attitude with the ability to meet targets.
  • A relevant degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel are generally required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
