Summary : We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Recruitment Executive to support our hiring needs by visiting colleges, hostels, computer centers, and other institutions. The role involves identifying potential candidates, promoting job opportunities, and conducting on-site recruitment and basic training activities. This position requires strong communication skills, a willingness to travel, and the ability to connect with candidates from diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities: 1. Visit colleges and other institutions to identify and attract potential candidates 2. Organize and manage field recruitment drives, walk-ins, and spot interviews 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with local education and training institutions 4. Source candidates through field outreach, referrals, and local networks 5. Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the job criteria 6. Coordinate interview schedules, tests, and onboarding processes with internal HR teams 7. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner during all recruitment activities 8. Provide regular reports and updates on field hiring performance and challenges. Responsibilities: 1. Promote job openings and explain roles, benefits, and company details to interested candidates 2. Build relationships with placement officers, training coordinators, and local contacts 3. Coordinate interviews, tests, and documentation with the HR or recruitment team 4. Maintain a database of candidates sourced from the field 5. Share daily/weekly reports on recruitment activities and outcomes 6. Represent the company in a professional manner during all outreach and hiring events
