Field Recruiter

As a Field Recruiter at our company located in Vijayawada, your main objectives will be to enhance frontline hiring numbers for Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants, transition to a proactive hiring approach, reduce attrition within the first 06 months of employment, and improve the quality of hires by identifying deserving and experienced candidates. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate unique leads for Pharmacist and Pharmacy Assistant positions from both organized and unorganized retail pharmacies, including obtaining referrals. - Ensure 100% of generated candidates register and apply on the VHP platform. - Share daily lead generation trackers with the assigned regional recruiter and regional HR head via Google Sheets. - Collaborate with the senior regional recruiter/regional HR head to present a snapshot of new leads generated and their conversion to joinings to the corporate hiring team by the 25th of every month. **Requirements:** - Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail volume hiring, NGO connections, candidate mobilization, or any field lead generation experience (not necessarily in hiring). - Preferably under 30 years of age. - Willingness to travel and work in the field for at least 20 days per month. - Any graduate (HR qualification is an added advantage) You should possess skills in candidate mobilization, hiring, lead generation, technological proficiency, attrition management, recruitment, data tracking, collaboration, knowledge of retail pharmacy operations, mass hiring, volume hiring, and bulk hiring.
