Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive end-to-end recruitment of delivery partners in assigned areas (on-ground hiring).
Conduct field visits, kiosk setups, and participate in local hiring events.
Source and onboard delivery partners through local campaigns, referrals, and vendor networks.
Ensure proper documentation and KYC collection during onboarding.
Provide delivery partners with a basic orientation on app usage, delivery process, and code of conduct.
Collaborate with fleet managers and local operations team to ensure supply meets demand.
Maintain daily recruitment targets and reporting metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum qualification: 10th, +2 (Graduate preferred).
experience in field recruitment, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or delivery-based companies.
Strong local network and knowledge of recruitment hotspots in the area.
Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi and local language proficiency is a must).
Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Familiar with basic Android smartphone usage and apps.
