Identify and attract suitable candidates through field visits, community networks, campus recruitment,job fairs, NGOs, training institutes and local employment offices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, training institutes, and local employment sources.
Conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, and coordination with hiring managers.
Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
Maintain candidate database and prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.
Achieve hiring targets within deadlines.
Promote employer brand in local markets through community engagement and outreach
Understand workforce requirements for different roles.
2 - 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in field/bulk/frontline hiring.
Willingness to travel frequently for hiring drives.
