Job Title: Field Officer

Location: Yeleswaram, Andhra Pradesh

Job Summary

The Field Officer is responsible for on-ground operations, customer interaction, field verification, data collection, and supporting business growth in the assigned area. The role requires regular field visits, strong communication skills, and coordination with the branch team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits for customer acquisition and relationship building
• Verify customer details, documents, and residence/business location
• Collect application forms, KYC documents, and required information
• Support loan disbursement and repayment follow-ups (if applicable)
• Maintain daily field activity reports and submit to the supervisor
• Educate customers about company products and services
• Coordinate with branch staff for approvals and operational support
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Resolve basic customer queries and provide after-service support

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th / Intermediate / Degree (preferred)
• Experience: 0–2 years in field work, sales, or finance (freshers can apply)
• Good communication skills in Telugu (basic English preferred)
• Must be willing to travel extensively within Yeleswaram and nearby areas
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and documentation
