Job Summary

As a Field Officer, you’ll play a key role in Origo Finance’s rural lending operations by connecting with customers in the field, sourcing loans, verifying applicant information, supporting loan disbursements, and assisting with collections. This position involves extensive travel within assigned rural and semi-urban areas like Narsapuram and neighboring mandals.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Identify & source potential borrowers in rural and semi-urban markets.
• Conduct field visits to verify loan applicants’ credentials and assess creditworthiness.
• Explain loan products and terms clearly to prospective customers.
• Assist with documentation & KYC to facilitate timely loan disbursements.
• Follow-up on repayments and EMIs, coordinate collections, and help resolve payment issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, traders, micro-entrepreneurs, and other clients.
• Provide daily activity reports to your Branch or Area Manager.
• Support loan recovery and overdue collections when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policy, RBI/NBFC guidelines, and credit norms.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+2 pass or Graduate degree (preferred: B.Com, BBA, BA).

Experience:

• Fresher to 2 years experience is typically acceptable — especially in field sales, rural finance, microfinance, or NBFC operations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travel.
• Negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
• Familiarity with mobile apps, MS Office, and digital reporting tools.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license — required for field operations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Typically around ₹12,500 - ₹18,000+ per month (may vary by location and experience).
