Job Title and Location
Position: Field Worker – Analytical (Non-Sales)

Reporting Office: Greater Noida West

Operational Territory: Noida and Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Eligibility and Requirements
Gender: Male (with own bike), Female (with own scooty)

Vehicle: Valid driver’s license, Registration Certificate, and Insurance for own two-wheeler (bike/scooty)

Education: Minimum basic education (Secondary level and above)

Skills: Basic understanding of the local market, good observation, ability to record data and interpret trends

Job Role and Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to gather and analyze data according to set protocols

Interact with vendors/shops/locations as per assignment (not target-driven; no sales)

Submit regular reports summarizing market trends, observations, and issues

Work autonomously and maintain records of field activities for reimbursement and audit

Fuel Reimbursement Policy
Employees using personal vehicles for official field visits are eligible for fuel reimbursement

Required documents: Valid vehicle documents and journey/activity log

Reimbursement calculated per km as per prevailing company/state rates; typically combines fuel cost and maintenance

For exclusive official use of the vehicle, reimbursement is fully non-taxable, provided compliant documentation is maintained
