Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lalganj for a Field Officer. The Field Officer will be responsible for conducting field visits to assess customer needs, collecting and verifying customer information, assisting in loan disbursement and recovery, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Field Officer will work closely with the branch manager to meet business targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to conduct detailed information verification and field visits
Knowledge of loan disbursement and recovery processes
Understanding of regulatory compliance in the finance sector
Experience in customer relationship management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in the banking or finance sector is beneficial
