Job description – Security and Facilities Management Operations Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for all the sites in Tamilnadu, directly responsible for smooth operations of the Sites, will carry out routine visit for all sites under his control as per approved site wise visit plan, ensure that all Check List, Duty Handing Over Registers, Duty Roasters, Log Sheets, Equipment History Cards & other formats are in place & updated at Site. To ensure that grooming & general discipline is maintained by the team deployed at site always as per the best standard, will ensure that all personnel for new appointment at sites are enrolled formally on payroll & get completed the joining formalities upon appointment. He will also ensure that all the documentation such ESI Card / Bank Account details etc are submitted to Admin with the joining documents, will ensure that uniform with its accessories & ID card are issued to new employee upon deployment and monitor uniform record of all deployment, ensure that Police verification process to be completed for all new employees within three weeks for his joining. Resolve all operational issue related to site team or clients observation & satisfaction, responsible for site attendance & its approval from Clients, Billing to Clients and receiving timely payments, ensure timely renewal of agreement, tracking revision in statutory compliances, ensure training conducted as per pre-approved plan and carry out Site Audit as per pre-approved plan & schedule and submit the same to management with observation report and maintain all records of machineries/equipment's/tools & tackles deployed at site. Advance monthly planning for indenting, procurement, and receipt of goods to avoid crisis management.
