Job Description

n, organize, and execute field marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts. Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and promotional drives at events or retail locations. Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, event organizers, and brand partners. Track and analyze the effectiveness of field campaigns and report on ROI and performance metrics. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and other events. Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights from the field. Ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality representation of the company in all field activities. Manage budgets, logistics, and resources for field marketing operations. Support digital and social media initiatives through local engagement and content creation.
