Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute field marketing and promotional activities to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  
• Work independently to manage and execute assigned marketing activities in the field.
  
• Visit colleges, institutions, hospitals, corporate offices, and public locations as assigned.
  
• Conduct seminars, presentations, and lead-generation activities.
  
• Interact with potential customers, students, and partners to explain products/services effectively.
  
• Represent the organization at events, roadshows, job fairs, and promotional campaigns.
  
• Collect and maintain accurate lead data, feedback, and market insights.
  
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to convert leads into business opportunities.
  
• Maintain daily activity reports and submit lead details to the reporting manager.
  
• Support local branding campaigns to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  
• Be ready for frequent travel within the assigned region as part of field activities.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  
• 25 years of experience in field marketing, brand promotion, or sales support roles.
  
• Strong communication skills in
