About the Program

SkillTyro, in association with the prestigious KIMS Heart & Lung Transplant Institute, is

building a specialized team of Transplant Recovery Specialists to provide post-operative

home care for heart and lung transplant patients.

KIMS Heart & Lung Transplant Institute is one of Indias leading transplant centers, known for its

advanced clinical excellence and high transplant success rates. Selected candidates will work

under the direct clinical guidance of the KIMS transplant surgical team, gaining rare and

valuable experience in transplant recovery care.

Job Overview

As a Transplant Recovery Specialist, you will deliver one-on-one post-transplant nursing

care at the patient’s home, supporting recovery during the most critical phase after surgery.

Patient deployments may be in Hyderabad or other states across India, depending on case

requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated home-based post-transplant nursing care
• Monitor vital signs, recovery progress, and overall patient condition
• Administer and manage anti-rejection and post-transplant medications
• Follow strict infection control and hygiene protocols
• Maintain daily clinical records and recovery updates
• Coordinate closely with the patient’s family and KIMS transplant surgeons
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, etiquette, and bedside care

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Sc Nursing: Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
• GNM / ANM: Minimum 4+ years of clinical experience
• Mandatory fluency in English and Hindi
• Willingness to travel and stay at patient locations across India
• Strong sense of responsibility and patient care ethics
