Job Description

Job Purpose To plan and execute on-ground marketing and promotional activities that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth. The Field Marketing Executive acts as a key link between the brand and the target audience, ensuring campaigns are effectively implemented in the field. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and execute field marketing campaigns and promotional events. Visit retail outlets, distributors, and customer locations to promote products/services. Coordinate with sales teams to identify high-potential areas for marketing activities. Manage branding materials (banners, flyers, standees, etc.) during campaigns. Collect customer feedback and market insights from field visits. Support in lead generation and drive footfall or inquiries through activations. Build and maintain relationships with vendors, event partners, and local influencers. Monitor competitor activities and report findings to management. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on marketing activities and results. Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and company policies.
