Job Summary:

The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing on-ground marketing activities, building brand visibility, and generating qualified leads. This role involves direct interaction with customers, vendors, and partners to drive engagement, sales growth, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Visit potential clients, distributors, and retail outlets to promote products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure brand loyalty.
• Generate leads through field visits, product demonstrations, and local activations.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
• Gather feedback from customers and the market to support business strategy.
• Ensure brand visibility through effective placement of promotional materials.
• Support new client acquisition and business development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities, customer interactions, and expenses.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or brand promotion. (Field sales)

• Two wheeler license mandatory

• Strong communication(multi lingual), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
