About the Role

As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of field executives, overseeing loan disbursement, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on achieving business targets, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of field executives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.

2. Customer Verification: Oversee customer office and home verification processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

3. Documentation: Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.

4. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and work with the team to achieve sales targets.

5. Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing complaints.

6. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on team performance, customer feedback, and business metrics.

Requirements

1. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an NBFC or financial services company.

2. Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

3. Knowledge: Familiarity with financial products, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.

4. Technology: Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
