Job Summary: The Field Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all field operations related to a political campaign. This includes managing field staff, organizing and implementing field strategies, and ensuring effective voter outreach and engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Field Operations Management: o Develop and implement field strategies and plans in coordination with the Campaign Director. o Oversee and manage daily field operations to ensure alignment with campaign goals. o Coordinate with various teams to ensure effective and efficient campaign execution. o Managing the field force and getting timely updates from them o Provide regular feedback to the Field Force and encourage them to take corrective measures on the identified gaps o Coordination with Field Force through State Heads, Regional Coordinators etc. • Staff Supervision: o Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing support and guidance. o Monitor performance and provide feedback to ensure high levels of motivation and productivity. o Plan, conceptualize, strategize and execute high impact end-to-end on- ground campaigns. • Logistics and Resource Management: o Manage field office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and technology. o Ensure efficient allocation and use of resources to support field activities. o Maintain accurate records and documentation of all field operations. Qualifications: • Education and Experience: o Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Political Science, Communications, MBA or a related field are preferred. o Proven experience in political campaigns or grassroots organizing. o Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is highly desirable. o Candidates from FMCG, Sales & Marketing can also apply. • Skills and Competencies: o Strong leadership and team management skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. o Ability to develop and implement effective field strategies. o Proficiency in data management and reporting tools. o Strong organizational and multitasking skills. o Ability to handle and lead a Team. • Personal Attributes: o High level of commitment to political causes and campaign success. o Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. o Flexibility and adaptability to changing campaign needs. o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Work Environment: o This role requires working in various field locations and may involve extensive travel. o The Field Manager may need to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, especially during peak campaign periods
