Field Manager - Sironix | Sales | 3-8 years | Bangalore, Bhubaneshwar, Delhi, Mumbai, Varnasi

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accountable for achieving sales goals through the acquisition of new customers and expansion of product lines within the existing customer base.
  • Schedule appointments across the assigned territory (doctors) and meet with both new and existing customers to grow market share.
  • Deliver presentations to clients to generate interest and adoption of surgical products.
  • Maintain regular and frequent contact with channel partners to strengthen business relationships.
  • Execute product promotion activities in alignment with business strategies.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities, including claims submission and expense reporting.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate terms and close orders to meet sales targets.
  • Provide information and support to customers as required to secure sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to leverage organizational support in achieving objectives.
  • Develop sales of new products and identify new areas of opportunity for existing products.
  • Submit timely reports in mobile applications detailing sales activities and issues requiring attention.
  • Share competitive intelligence and market activities with management to support planning and strategy.
  • Review personal sales performance against objectives and adjust activities to achieve sales goals.
  • Implement and adhere to the territory coverage plan, ensuring appropriate customer support and frequency of engagement, while recommending adjustments when needed.

Qualifications

  • Graduation in Science (mandatory).
  • 3 8 years of sales experience in Arthro, Ortho Implants, Spine Implants, Neuro Implants or Sports Medicine.
