Field Manager - Domestic Sales | Trade- CV | 5 years | Jaipur, Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

Accountable for achieving annual sales goals through the acquisition of new customers and expansion of business within the existing customer base across the assigned geographic territory.
Develop and execute sales and growth strategies to generate new revenue opportunities while managing existing accounts to meet and exceed sales and marketing objectives.
Schedule appointments and meet regularly with doctors, hospital administrators and other key stakeholders to expand market share.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and promotional activities to build awareness and drive adoption of surgical solutions.
Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with customers and channel partners, ensuring trust and long-term engagement.
Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities sufficient to meet revenue goals and ensure timely reporting of opportunities, forecasts and competitive intelligence.
Collaborate with internal teams (development, manufacturing, quality, clinical affairs and leadership) to align customer needs with corporate capabilities.
Prepare accurate proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts and close deals at both tactical and executive levels.
Monitor ongoing customer programs, manage engagement activities and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends in the medical device and cardiovascular surgery segment to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Complete administrative responsibilities, including claims, expense reporting and submission of activity reports through internal systems.
Review sales performance against objectives and recommend adjustments in strategy or territory coverage as needed.
