Role Overview

Field Management Intern

This role is ideal for those who love travel, storytelling, and building real connections. You’ll be responsible for visiting homestays, assisting with the onboarding process, and capturing engaging photo and video content to represent each property on the AaoStays platform.

This is an on-ground, field-based internship designed to give you hands-on exposure to the hospitality and operations side of a growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit homestay properties across Guwahati and nearby areas for offline onboarding.
• Interact with homestay owners to collect required details, verify property information, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Capture high-quality photos and short videos of homestays for marketing and digital use.
• Coordinate with the central AaoStays team for updates, data sharing, and content submission.
• Maintain accurate visit reports, onboarding data, and follow-up records.
• Represent AaoStays professionally and uphold the brand’s values during all field interactions.

Qualifications

1. Based in

   Guwahati

   (mandatory).
2. Bachelor’s degree in

   Management, Hospitality, Marketing

   , or related fields (preferred).
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in

   Assamese and Hindi

   preferred.
4. Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable with regular field travel.
5. Basic understanding of

   photography/videography

   using smartphones.
6. Interest in

   hospitality, travel

   , and

   people-focused

   roles.
