Field Executive

As a Field Onboarding Executive at Technotask, your role will involve onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition, and providing continuous support and training. You will be responsible for coordinating with various teams, conducting orientation sessions, resolving client issues, and gathering feedback to enhance the onboarding process. Your excellent communication skills will be vital in working closely with clients to address their needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Onboard new clients and facilitate a smooth integration process - Coordinate with different teams to ensure a seamless transition for clients - Conduct orientation sessions and provide continuous support and training - Resolve client issues promptly and gather feedback for process improvement - Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure they are met efficiently Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in client onboarding and client relationship management - Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities - Proficiency in conducting training sessions and offering ongoing support - Familiarity with CRM software and tools - Ability to work on-site in Bhopal - Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field Technotask, founded in March 2020, is committed to enhancing customer experiences through omnichannel solutions.
