We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Executive – Accounts to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and a basic understanding of accounting principles and documentation. The role involves visiting sites, vendors, or clients for collecting or submitting financial documents, invoices, receipts, and cheques, as well as assisting with bank-related tasks, coordination for audits, and documentation follow-ups. The candidate will also support the accounts team with data entry, voucher preparation, and maintaining physical records when required.
The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, punctual, and comfortable with fieldwork. Good communication skills, basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), and familiarity with accounting procedures are essential. Prior experience in a similar role or in the real estate sector will be an added advantage. A two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred for ease of travel.
