Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced Field Executive Officers for Chilli procurement to manage on-ground sourcing activities in and around Ballari, Karnataka. The role involves extensive fieldwork, vendor coordination, and market surveys to ensure quality and timely procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to chilli farms, markets, and procurement centers.
• Perform field surveys to assess crop availability, quality, and pricing.
• Identify and onboard farmers, traders, and vendors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate prices and support procurement as per company guidelines.
• Monitor market trends and provide daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure quality checks and proper documentation at procurement points.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth logistics and dispatch.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Any graduate with

  minimum 10 years of experience

  in field procurement (preferably chilli/agri commodities).
• Must be a

  local candidate

  from Ballari or nearby areas.
• Ready for extensive field travel.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Languages Required:

• Must be fluent in

  Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, and English

Preferred Skills:

• Good knowledge of local chilli markets and mandis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic reporting and smartphone usage.
