Field Executive Officer

📍 Location: Telangana, Andhrapradesh, and Karnataka

Key Responsibilities:

• The role involves day-to-day monitoring of farmers agriculture fields for crop health and productivity
• Identification and corrective measures recommendations for crop pest and disease issues
• Implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices
• Coordinate procurement and sourcing of agri-outputs
• Price negotiation and relationship management with farmers/suppliers
• Field reporting and coordination with internal departments

🎓 Qualifications:

• B.Sc. (Agriculture), M.Sc. (Agriculture), or ABM (Agri Business Management)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively and ability to work independently in rural/agricultural environments

• Languages:

  Telugu, English, Kannada

• Physically active and field-ready candidates preferred
