Field Executive

Key Responsibilities: Conduct field sales and generate leads for Home Loans and related financial products. Engage with customers to explain product offerings, eligibility, and documentation requirements. Maintain and manage relationships with customers to ensure high conversion rates. Track leads, maintain daily sales reports, and update CRM or diary as per company guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and documentation. Ensure completion of applications, KYC verification, and submission of required documents. Achieve individual sales targets while adhering to company policies and compliance standards. Attend daily team huddles and provide updates on lead generation and conversions. Required Skills: Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loan sales (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and meet targets Basic computer skills for maintaining sales records and CRM entries Preferred Skills: Previous experience in BFSI sales (Banking, Personal Loans, Business Loans, or Real Estate) Knowledge of local market and customer demographics Understanding of financial products and documentation processes Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience in channel partner coordination Familiarity with digital lead management tools Two-wheeler for field visits Key Attributes / Competencies: Self-motivated and target-driven Comfortable with field sales and travel within allocated areas Professional and persuasive communication skills Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads Highlights: Immediate joining preferred Only Female candidates for this drive Multiple positions across key Kolkata locations
