Job Description

As the Ground Operations Manager at the location in Palkhed, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Day to day management of ground operations at network farmers. - Monitoring the plantation schedule for all network farmers and collaborating with the operations team for regular updates. - Implementing quality/yield improvement programs. - Working closely with the planning team on specific issues that could impact the harvesting plan/sales. - Driving improvement projects related to procurement practices and network farmer expansion in alignment with business goals. - Handling day-to-day grievances of network farmers and ensuring timely resolution. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture Science. - Experience of 1-5 years in Contract Farming operations (ground operations). - Knowledge of organic/regenerative/pesticide-free farming will be an added advantage. - Good communication skills in English, Hindi & the local language. - Proficiency in computer skills, specifically MS Office.
