Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Executive located in Serampore-Uttarpara. The Field Executive will manage day-to-day fieldwork, interact with clients and customers, and assist in training and supporting the distribution network. The role involves visiting various locations, ensuring smooth transaction processes, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service experience and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic knowledge of financial transactions and digital payment systems
Experience with distribution networks and training methods is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
