Job Summary:

Team Lead – Life Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of life insurance advisors or service representatives.
  • Ensure achievement of individual and team targets (sales, renewals, claims, customer satisfaction, etc.).
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
  • Monitor daily team performance and provide actionable feedback.
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance, sales figures, and key metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
  • Resolve escalated customer queries or complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (underwriting, claims, compliance, etc.) to streamline processes.
  • Drive campaigns and initiatives to boost team productivity and engagement.
