Job Summary:

Team Lead – Life Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of life insurance advisors or service representatives.
Ensure achievement of individual and team targets (sales, renewals, claims, customer satisfaction, etc.).
Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
Monitor daily team performance and provide actionable feedback.
Prepare and present reports on team performance, sales figures, and key metrics.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Resolve escalated customer queries or complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
