Role Summary

PAV (Physical Asset Verification) Coordination Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Support field engineers during PAV activities through phone/remote assistance.
Coordinate with branches for scheduling and completing PAV work.
Collect PAV script output files and convert them into Excel format.
Share PAV reports with Branch Managers and get confirmation of completion.
Ensure users complete asset self-declaration and submit it to the central asset team.
Maintain daily MIS/reporting and follow-ups.

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of IT hardware: desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, router, switch.
Basic understanding of Windows operating system & remote access.
Good Excel skills (copy, merge, format, consolidate data).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Should be customer-friendly and willing to work after-hours/weekends if needed.
Languages: English, Hindi, and local regional language.
