Key Responsibilities Site Surveys: Conduct field surveys at client locations to assess installation requirements, site feasibility, and communication signal strength for IoT devices (LoRaWAN gateways, pulse counters, etc.). Installation & Commissioning: Install and configure water meters, IoT devices, and associated hardware according to technical specifications and project standards. Device Configuration: Calibrate, test, and verify connectivity of smart meters and IoT gateways to ensure accurate data transmission. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical or network-related issues during or after installation. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site surveys, installation reports, and daily activity logs. Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and client site representatives to ensure seamless project execution. Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, company policies, and quality assurance standards during fieldwork. Customer Support: Provide on-site support and address client queries related to device performance or installation quality. Travel : Upto 70%

Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering surveys, resource allocation, and installation schedules. Quality & Compliance: Ensure all site activities adhere to project standards, safety protocols, and relevant regulations. Project Management Skills: Proven track record in planning, scheduling, and executing multi-site installation projects. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for engaging with global teams and clients.
