Key Responsibilities Site Surveys: Conduct field surveys at client locations to assess installation requirements, site feasibility, and communication signal strength for IoT devices (LoRaWAN gateways, pulse counters, etc.). Installation & Commissioning: Install and configure water meters, IoT devices, and associated hardware according to technical specifications and project standards. Device Configuration: Calibrate, test, and verify connectivity of smart meters and IoT gateways to ensure accurate data transmission. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical or network-related issues during or after installation. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site surveys, installation reports, and daily activity logs. Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and client site representatives to ensure seamless project execution. Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, company policies, and quality assurance standards during fieldwork. Customer Support: Provide on-site support and address client queries related to device performance or installation quality. Travel : Upto 70%

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth communication, planning, coordination, and timely execution of all project activities. Key Responsibilities Client & Team Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the project team and clients, ensuring transparent, timely, and effective communication across all stakeholders. Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering surveys, resource allocation, and installation schedules. Installation Oversight: Supervise and coordinate installation activities for water metering systems, LoRaWAN gateways, and pulse counters at client sites. Quality & Compliance: Ensure all site activities adhere to project standards, safety protocols, and relevant regulations. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding engineering, procurement, and field techniciansto ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed project status reports, progress summaries, and issue logs to senior management and stakeholders. Project Management Skills: Proven track record in planning, scheduling, and executing multi-site installation projects. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for engaging with global teams and clients. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certifications preferred.
