Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Collection Team Leader located in Mumbai. The Field Collection Team Leader will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of debt collectors, ensuring efficient and effective collection processes. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring team performance, providing training and support, handling escalations, and collaborating with the finance department. The role also involves implementing strategies to improve collection rates and customer service standards.
