Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager- Field Collection, based in Chennai. The Assistant Manager- Field Collection will be responsible for coordinating and managing field collections, overseeing field agents, ensuring compliance with collection policies, meeting collection targets, and addressing any collection-related issues. The role involves regular reporting on collection activities, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with clients for collection updates and feedback.

• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
