Job Description

Urgent Opening in Yes Bank for Field Collection Manager Credit Card Collections

Location:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage a team of field collection executives to achieve monthly and quarterly recovery targets.
Drive end-to-end field collection operations for delinquent credit card accounts.
Ensure adherence to bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance norms during field collections.
Monitor daily performance of collection executives and take corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Coordinate with recovery agencies and ensure timely follow-up on overdue accounts.
Handle escalated customer cases professionally and ensure resolution within TAT.
Prepare and analyze collection MIS reports for management review.
Train, motivate, and guide team members to improve field collection effectiveness.

Role Profile Requirements:

Education:

Essential: Bachelors Degree in any discipline
Preferred: Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration

Experience:

Essential: 46 years of experience in field collections (Credit Card / Retail Loans)
Preferred: 7–8 years of experience including team handling
