Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Customer Visits - Minimum 30 Customer visits per Month, Publishing Customer visit report along with MOM within 2 Working Days and ensuring the Closure of MOM Points within Specified Target Dates.
Field Trials & Product Installation - Conducting Field Trials & installation of New / Focus Products at Customer end duly giving demo and gathering the feedback and effectively communicating with Product Management through Field Reports.
PGO - Number of PGO's Identified.
Application & Bill Of Quantity Mapping - Map customer applications and identify potential product gaps. Identify BOQ & Application. Participate in the creation of case studies and application notes for marketing use.
Focus Products - Drive new business case generation based on customer and market insights. Increaseing the Value & count of Opportunity for Focus Products througn customer visit, mapping & competition benchmarking Track competitor products and identify opportunities for customer conversion.
Presenter Evaluation Score - Provide technical support to customers and sales teams in a specific region. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations at customer sites.
